Masking ordinances don’t scream humor, but we found a way in this inventive video. We needed to convey two messages— encouraging people to visit Springfield, MO and educating them about a masking ordinance in place. There is only one man and one woman that can pull off both—presenting—The Masked Mandate and The Fabulous 6 Foot Woman.

A PSA should just be a PSA, not a super hero trailer, right? We had our packaging, a super hero trailer, but this one rides on the creativity and absurdity of the visual gags. We wanted to make the video slick, but not too slick. Our first pass at the edit was too slick, so we played with some of the timing to ratchet the humor up to balance the slick.
